Job Description
Ability to quickly master the EcoVadis product and value to the customer
Sound knowledge of the global market
Customize and adapt approach to the market
Manage, monitor and assess the complexity of assigned portfolio
Work with internal teams and EcoVadis clients to achieve Subscription sales targets
Document customer feedback and communicate to relevant internal teams to improve the EcoVadis Customer’s experience
Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Diploma in Communication, International Business Management or any related field
Fluent in English and Arabic (Oral and Written)
Non degree holders with more than 5 years of working experience in the relevant field will also be considered
At least 2 years of working experience in a sales/support/account management/customer success role
Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage (Hindi, Arabic)
Required skill
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Be result oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce would be an advantage
Ability to work in an international team and be a team player
Excellent interpersonal, persuasive communication and sales skills
