Job Description

  • Ability to quickly master the EcoVadis product and value to the customer

  • Sound knowledge of the global market

  • Customize and adapt approach to the market

  • Manage, monitor and assess the complexity of assigned portfolio 

  • Work with internal teams and EcoVadis clients to achieve Subscription sales targets

  • Document customer feedback and communicate to relevant internal teams to improve the EcoVadis Customer’s experience

  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Communication, International Business Management or any related field

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Oral and Written)

  • Non degree holders with more than 5 years of working experience in the relevant field will also be considered

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a sales/support/account management/customer success role

  • Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage (Hindi, Arabic)

Required skill

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills

  • Be result oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce would be an advantage

  • Ability to work in an international team and be a team player

  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive communication and sales skills
