In your role you will support the HR team in all activities related to personnel administration, recruitment and onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include :

• Support in maintaining personal files, updating data in HRIS (HR system)
• Support in contract and appendix preparation
• Assisting in benefits enrollment 
• Supporting recruitment processes
• Support in employee onboarding process

• Studies in Human Resources or Administration-related (or proven interest in the field)
• Previous experience in HR will be appreciated
• Very good command of English
• Pleasant and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Reliable, autonomous and self-driven
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

6 months to 1 year paid internship with a possibility to turn into an employment contract
