Job Description
EcoVadis is looking for an experienced Consultant and Project Manager with a focus on sustainability and/or procurement, to step up and join the EcoVadis Center of Excellence team, bringing expertise and creativity to take care of EcoVadis additional products and services offering.
EcoVadis Center of Excellence is a team of experts inside the customer focused department, specialized in sustainability, EcoVadis methodology and advisory services.
The team's goal is to actively listen to the customers' needs, and to find, tailor and standardize solutions for the new, existing and future customers. In order to do so you will work together with teammates in various EcoVadis BUs. You will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support.
Responsibilities:
Support positioning and development of the value proposition of the existing and new services
Manage services pipeline in Salesforce and assist account management and sales teams in selling consulting services
Manage services and provide support to internal teams by improving and enhancing processes related to the sales and development of new and existing services/products
Plan and deploy the consulting product/service strategy
Identify opportunities for developing and expanding consulting services
Engage with clients and prospects interpreting their needs in order to feed new products and solution requirements for future development
Develop powerful materials needed to support selling products/services to prospective clients
Develop and improve existing services (ex. Risk Mapping, Regulatory support, Customized reporting)
Promote the upsell of additional services when needed
Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales, customer success managers, other internal decision makers throughout the service delivery/product lifecycle
Share teamwork and best practices to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service offering support for global commercial teams
Due to the steep growth of EcoVadis, you must be willing to turn your hand to other tasks depending on the company needs
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of proven successful experience in client facing, selling and delivering projects/services (preferably B2B)
Experience in pre-sales or consulting roles on procurement, sustainability, risk management products preferred (consulting services or SaaS solutions)
Able to develop, sell and execute consulting services involving multiple stake-holders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision makers
Highly professional written and oral communication skills in English
Strong sense of a client centric service
Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree prefered (business and/or sustainability)
Experience or interest in sustainability/ CSR and/or procurement & supply chain would be highly appreciated
Technical skills (MS office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Project management tools)
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
Self-driven and team player
Additional Information
Beginning: ASAP
This is a temporary position running through 2021, with the possibility to convert to permanent position in 2022

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Rondo ONZ, Spektrum Tower; currently due to the pandemic we offer flexibility regarding remote work
