We are looking for candidates to join our team and take the lead on the Compliance and Ethics Program in EcoVadis globally. You will work closely with the Head of Risk Management to integrate compliance functions and activities throughout the EcoVadis system in order to manage risks, achieve efficiencies and support the company's healthy growth. 

Ideally, you will have previous experience in risk management and corporate social responsibility. You will also be a professional, highly-analytical person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage effective legal compliance programs.

• Implement and manage effective ethics programs.

• Overview policy management process, develop and review company policies.

• Advise the management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations. 

• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.

• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.

• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes

• Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.

• Promptly conduct investigations pursuant to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest. Prepare written investigative reports as necessary.

• Respond to policies violations.

Must have:

• Strong moral code and sense of ethics;

• Master’s degree in law, compliance, finance, business management or a related field;

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a compliance officer role;

• Thorough knowledge of the SAAS industry protocols and best practices;

• Excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures;

• Excellent  oral and written communication skills;

• Fluency in English (native speakers or C2 proficiency);

• Highly-analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies;

• Independent, resilient, selfstarter;

• A proven track record of implementing change in organizations;

• Eager to conduct training and presentations;

• Experience in an international professional environment;

• Team player, open to dialogue;

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating and delivering training;

• Language skills: French.
