Job Description
EcoVadis and CyberVadis are both fast growing international companies offering a multitude of opportunities in HR, the most important of which is actually learning everyday!
As an HR intern, you will support the HR team in the day-to-day operation of the Western Europe region. Who will work on different countries : France, UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden.
Depending on your accuracy on learning and performing tasks, more projects or responsibilities could be granted.
Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):
Participating and coordinating HR local or global projects depending on the needs of the department
Building HR tools or dashboards, conducting analysis
Doing HR research, Legal monitoring and HR administrative tasks
Answering employee's queries, or redirection through the proper channel to solve their issues.
Recruiting you will be trained on the recruitment process including contacting candidates and conducting interviews.
Punctual support to the Talent Development Lead and the Internal Communication Lead
This list is not exhaustive and can evolve according to the priorities of the HR department.
Qualifications
Bac +4 or +5 in progress in HR Management or with a specialization in HR
At least a first successful experience as an intern or an apprentice in the human resources at international level
English & French are mandatory (fluent level as a minimum)
Skills and successful experiences in project management would be a plus
Dynamism, excellent relationship and writing skills
Rigor, method, autonomy, flexibility and sense of urgency
Excellent team spirit and ability to evolve in a fast growing international environment
Very good knowledge of the Office Pack
Gratification level depending on the profile, 50% allowance for public transportation, restaurant coupon
