CyberVadis has developed a solution to assess and monitor vendors on cybersecurity and data privacy topics. As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Your goal will be to manage the CSM team to constantly improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
Promoting customer retention and loyalty by optimizing customer experience and global customer satisfaction (NPS and other KPIs).
Advise existing accounts on the implementation of their cybersecurity program, enable and support changes when required. Promote upsell of additional services when needed.
Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring that they maximize the value they get from the CyberVadis solutions. Actively contribute to maintain a high satisfaction level towards CyberVadis services.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customer project managers and decision makers. Successfully manage contracts renewals.
Building and piloting the Customer Success roadmap, strategy, processes and budget.
Being in charge of the Customer Success team and ensuring efficient hiring and training processes.
Driving the performance of the team to reach its objectives .
Gathering customer feedback and liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal…) to ensure customer centric developments.
Lead and/or support a variety of Customer-focused projects
Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of CyberVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere
Being the main point of contact as a customer-first advocate at the company level.
- 5 years+ successful Account Management experience with large accounts acquired in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
- Fluency in English and French is a must. Spanish or Italian proficiency would be highly appreciated
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…)
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
- Self-driven, results oriented and team player.
- International exposure is a must
