Job Description

EcoVadis is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager (Junior), driven by sustainability, to join the Toronto team, bringing energy and passion in a positive environment to take care of EcoVadis' customers. 

The Customer Success Manager's primary role includes: 

  • Onboarding and driving strategic implementation of EcoVadis program with a portfolio of key Enterprise and Mid-Market customer accounts
  • Developing long-term and trustworthy relationships with customer program managers, sponsors, and executive sponsors throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Closely monitoring customers’ implementation success, KPIs and satisfaction to grow EcoVadis sales within the accounts and lead successful renewal of contracts; 
  • Providing thought leadership and effectively communicate the EcoVadis vision for Sustainable Supply Management;
  • Improving customer satisfaction by appropriate escalation of issues leading to resolution of problems
  • Acting as a key facilitator between customers and EcoVadis delivery teams;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement process by providing feedback to the product management team on solution development needs.
  • Being an integral contributor to EcoVadis success and the global team

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with key buying influencers across the management (CPO, CSR VP, Project Manager);
  • Ensures effective roll outs within new and existing client base - strategic and operational program management;
  • Drives Change Management to integrate EcoVadis ratings in customers’ procurement processes (e.g. RFP’s, SRM, etc.)
  • Identifies opportunities for expanding usage and obtains customer advocacy;
  • Creates powerful visual presentations and winning proposals influence additional services, contract renewals, etc. 
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years successful Customer Management, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting Experience with large accounts acquired in a fast paced environment;
  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Mandatory English and Spanish fluency;
  • Interest and ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Self-driven and team player;
  • Interest in sustainability and technology;
  • Experience within  a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company is an asset
