Your primary responsibility is to provide support to the EcoVadis Center of Excellence team responsible for coordination and delivery of EcoVadis advisory services that help Customers to build and roll out sustainable procurement programs.

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to) support the fast-growing teams of Sales and Customer Success Managers by working within the Center on:

1. Supporting Sales and Customer Success Managers in:

• Research, data analysis and presentation preparation for Customers/Prospects
• Development of service proposals and answers to RFPs with a help of PowerPoint, Excel, Word

1. Contributing to the delivery and development of advisory services:

• Coordination of different advisory projects in sustainable procurement t- mainly Supply Chain CSR Risk mapping project (preparation of Excel with VBA, project deliverables in PPT and Excel, follow up on actions, meeting scheduling and project management in WRIKE)
• Maintain, reporting, standardization of existing services (Salesforce reporting, templates updates)
• Support in creation of new services (data analysis, research, content development)
• Development of internal promotional & training materials 

Given the steep growth of the company, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part, all or more of the above.

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business or Management or other related to data analysis (ex. Environmental Science, Economics)
• Proficiency in MS Excel: data analysis, manipulation, visualization, knowledge or strong interest in running and creating macros
• Computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools)
• Strong organisational skills with some experience in project management
• Resourcefulness; using troubleshooting and analytical skills; curiosity for finding solutions and data crunching
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must and very good level of another language is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Interest in Sustainability/CSR and/or Procurement & supply chain is a plus
• Self-driven, autonomous, results oriented and team player
• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
• International exposure is a must
