Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn Communications and Event Intern with an international outlook to join our rapidly expanding team in Paris. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new, fast-moving technology company that has grown out of one of the most successful French startups of the last decade.
What you’ll be doing
Contributing to CyberVadis’ early-stage growth by supporting with the planning, coordination and execution of events
Assisting with both logistical and creative aspects of planning our events
Create marketing communications including emails, newsletters, product collateral, presentations
Collaborating with other CyberVadis departments on internal projects to strengthen the entire organisation through innovation
Given the steep growth of the company, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part/all of or more than the above.
Qualifications
Student status / enrollment in Erasmus + or Campus Mundi program at least for 6 months
Fluency in French and English - oral & written - is a must
Experience using Microsoft and Google platforms, including Excel and Google Drive
A collaborator who is comfortable working in a team setting.
A results-oriented and hard-working self-starter who is attentive to detail and organized.
A problem solver with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and a constant desire to learn.
Pluses
Experience from a previous internship in the same or similar field as this opportunity.
Declared your major and it’s in the same or similar area of interest to this internship.
Super creative and are always thinking outside of the box.
