Job Description

Office management & General Administration 

  • Management of frequent purchases (Meal tray, supplies, food, etc.)

  • Coordinate Employees' office visit/ travel and hotels/apartments booking as Travel assistant of paris office

  • Assist with internal regular event and coordinate logistics (internal meeting) 

  • Assist with global internal communication 

  • Assist the office attendant : purchasing (supplies, food, etc.), check deposit, administrative support (financial and administrative documents, contracts), welcoming desk, incoming and outgoing mail, office management 

  • Collaborate with Ecovadis internal department to manage and solve queries efficiently and effectively (CSR, financial and sales department)

  • PA : Provide assistance to the Co-CEOs in their schedule and meetings' management : booking, confirmation, cancellation, postponement of appointments, booking restaurant

HR admin  

  • HR admin : follow-up of staff entries / exits, employer attestations, medical examination, health insurance, follow-up of employees’ records, other HR admin assistance depending on the needs of the employees (leaves, transportation subscriptions, meal vouchers, data collection for payroll variable …)

  • Assist of a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization

Qualifications

•    Education – BTS Assistant/Business/Administration/Office/Management/HR related
•    Office experience will be appreciated
•    Must be fluent in French and English – additional languages are a plus
•    Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
•    Internet skills including email and skype
•    Organizational and planning skills
•    Able to prioritize
•    Attention to detail
•    Autonomous and proactive, you feel comfortable working in an international start-up company
•    Attitude of service
