Job Description

As we are launching new talent management projects across our company, we are looking for a Talent Development Lead to reinforce our global HR team in order to design and deploy efficient talent management programs. We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Development professional, interested in setting up new programs from scratch in a complex, fast growing, international environment. 

You are someone who navigates easily from strategic to operational activities, getting hands on when needed. When you join our 18-people strong HR team and work with our business leaders and managers around the world – you will have great, enthusiastic people to support your purpose in building a place where people thrive, grow, have fun and make an impact everyday. 

This is a new position, based in Paris with a global scope of duties.

Your mission is to design and take ownership of our Talent Management programs to drive professional growth and accountability across the organization. You will:

  • In coordination with HRBPs and Business Units, develop and maintain the competency mapping of the company as well as structure internal career paths; 

  • Explore and identify the new set of competencies in preparation for the future needs of the company and design the related assessment tool and training paths to be activated in advance;

  • Design and implement high-performer programs and succession planning: partner with HRBPs and BU management and leaders to assess our talents and understand their career aspirations, strengths and areas of development in order to identify their career paths;

  • Design and implement workshops to drive EcoVadis culture and leadership capabilities; hold training sessions when necessary;

  • Organize and take the lead for employee engagement activities such as knowledge-sharing sessions and platforms, and other creative developmental offerings to keep our talents growing and engaged;

  • Continuously search, design and implement best practices to retain our talents;

  • Additional responsibilities may be added as our company evolves.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources;
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Project Management & Talent Development in an international and global role;

  • Experience in Technology and/or SaaS sectors would be a strong advantage;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Business proficiency in English;

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and efficient professional with the ability to lead complex HR development projects using a structured and rigorous approach;

  • You have a strategic, long-term vision but also able to perfectly execute the strategies you recommend;

  • You are an excellent communicator, able to influence people from different cultures, jobs and hierarchical levels. You are able to lead presentations with passion and clarity to a large and diverse audience, as well as collect feedback, influence and get buy-in;

  • Positive mindset, engagement in what you do; creativity and resourcefulness when facing challenges;

  • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment, taking initiative and driving multiple projects at a time using effective project management skills.
