In your role you will support the HR team in all activities related to labour law compliance and personnel administration. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Support in maintaining personal files, updating data in HRIS (HR system)
• Support in contract and appendix preparation
• Assisting in benefits enrollment 
• Reports preparation
• Support in employee onboarding process
   

• Studies in  Human Resources or Administration-related (or proven interest in the field)
• Previous experience in HR, Personal Administration or Accounting / Polish labour Law knowledge will be appreciated
• Good command of English
• Pleasant and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Reliable, autonomous and self-driven
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Rondo ONZ, Spektrum Tower
