Job Description

As we are at a new stage of our development with fast growth ahead, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to reinforce our global HR team in order to design and deploy outstanding and efficient Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding programs in a complex, fast growing, international environment.

You are someone who navigates easily from strategic to operational activities, getting hands on when needed. When you join our 18-people strong HR team and work with our business leaders and managers around the world – you will have great, enthusiastic people to support your purpose in building a place where people thrive, grow, have fun and make an impact everyday.

This is a new position, based in Warsaw with a global scope of duties.

Your main mission is to lead and implement our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy. You will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to build a best-in-class talent acquisition operation aligned with our business needs for attracting top talent worldwide (13 offices in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia);
  • Coordinate a Talent Acquisition team, while delivering the annual hiring plan (around 250 hirings a year - increasing yearly to date);
  • Work with HR team and Business leaders to define long-term hiring strategies;
  • Identify and implement effective and innovative recruiting methodologies to drive results while improving processes, quality and efficiency; 
  • Identify potential new market sources;
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience through a full lifecycle recruiting process;
  • Design EcoVadis Employer Branding strategy and leverage social media channels, in collaboration with our Marketing team;
  • Develop relationships with universities and engineering schools for brand awareness and talent recruitment;
  • Maintain high standards on the Talent Acquisition team’s key performance indicators and consistently partner with the business to drive continuous improvements across business units and regions;
  • Manage budget effectively for talent acquisition, including cost controls for agency usage, cost per hire, and operational effectiveness;
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as our company evolves.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition including a demonstrated record of success in building and coordinating a high-performing global talent acquisition team;
  • International experience is a must, experience in a global role is a plus;
  • Experience in Technology and/or SaaS sectors would be a strong advantage;
  • Experience with developing and implementing new strategies to address competitive hiring market, complex business issues, and demonstrated history of building trust to achieve results;
  • Strong experience in Employer Branding, building social media strategy and campaigns;
  • Experience in marketing is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Business proficiency in English;
  • Ability to partner with business leaders across all disciplines, functions, departments and geographic areas;
  • Being both detailed- and business-oriented; understanding business’ challenges and needs of internal stakeholders;
  • Strong sense of customer service and focus on delivering high qualitative results;
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to perfectly execute the strategies you recommend;
  • Positive mindset, engagement in what you do; creativity and resourcefulness when facing challenges;

Ability to work in a fast-growing environment, taking initiative and driving multiple projects at a time using effective project management skills.
