Job Description

This role primarily will focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to):

  • Collaborate with 2-3 CSMs to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to their portfolio of customers

  • Full ownership of processing supplier lists for assessment and other operational tasks related to supplier data

  • Data analysis and presentation preparation

  • Front-facing on key strategic accounts managing operational elements (i.e. attending weekly calls)

  • Liaise with other EcoVadis departments to ensure clients’ requests (internal and external) are fulfilled within set deadlines

  • Lead and/or support a variety of customer-focused projects including the EcoVadis annual conference in Paris, Sustain (around 600 attendees)

  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, end of study internship preferred - Must be covered by a training agreement

  • Strong customer orientation, proven experience appreciated

  • Fluency in English & French. Italian is a plus.
  • Resourceful; using troubleshooting and analytical skills; structured and organized

  • Self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems; sense of urgency and draw satisfaction from going above and beyond to provide solutions

  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)

  • Computer proficient (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…).

  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
