Job Description

Your primary responsibility is to provide support to Sustainable Procurement Capability Center team responsible for coordination and delivery of EcoVadis advisory services for Customers.

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to) support the fast-growing teams of Sales and Customer Success Managers by working within the Capability Center on:

  1. Supporting Sales and Customer Success Managers in:

    • Research, data analysis and presentation preparation for Customers/Prospects

    • Development of service proposals and answers to RFPs with a help of Powerpoint, Excel, Word

  2. Contributing to the delivery and development of Capability Center advisory services:

    • Coordination of delivery of advisory projects in sustainable procurement - mainly Supply Chain CSR Risk mapping project (preparation of final project deliverables in PPT and Excel, follow up on actions, meeting scheduling and project reporting)

    • Monitoring and maintaining of reporting tools (via Salesforce, Wrike, Excel, …) 

    • Supporting the standardization of existing services and creation of new services 

    • Supporting the development of internal promotional & training materials 

Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business or Management or other related (completed studies or last year)

  • Strong organisational skills with some experience in project management

  • Computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…), MS Excel knowledge about basic formula functions, pivot tables and formatting

  • Fluency in English is a must and very good level of French is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Interest in Sustainability/CSR and/or Procurement & supply chain is a plus

  • Resourcefulness; using troubleshooting and analytical skills; curiosity for data crunching

  • Self-driven, autonomous, results oriented and team player

  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment

  • International exposure is a must

Additional Information

Beginning: January 2020

Duration: 5-6 months with per-employment opportunity

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Rondo ONZ, Spektrum Tower
