Job Description

EcoVadis seeks a Sales Operations Intern to  join our highly successful Sales Team.

The Sales Operations Intern will handle important administrative tasks and work on market analysis to improve the overall Sales team efficiency. The Sales Operations Intern will work with the Inside Sales Management team and will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Prepare documents for prospects and management such as RFP responses and product presentations,

  • Manage the assignment of inbound leads from marketing in accordance with our territory division,

  • Completes various data entry and deduplication tasks in Salesforce Perform market analysis for the EMEA Sales Management team,

  • Conduct researches on target accounts for Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives,

  • Expand our knowledge database by documenting existing processes and trainings,

  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future.

Given the steep growth of EcoVadis, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part, all or more of the above.

 

Qualifications

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in Sales in an international and dynamic environment. You should have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

What you need to have to qualify:

  • University Degree (>+4 years), a training agreement is mandatory to perform this 6 months internship

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, knowledge on Salesforce is not required but will be highly valued,

  • Previous experience working in a sales or marketing department,

  • Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus, any other European language a valuable asset,

  • Superior analytical and organizational skills,

  • Ability to work under pressure and managing multiple tasks,

  • Ability to work well in an international startup team environment.
