In this role you will take part in designing the CyberVadis experience for customers around the world. You will design for all screens, from handheld to tablet, desktops and beyond. The product team practices customer-focused, lean UX. Your duties will include without being limited to:

• Performing conceptual design, prototyping, testing, in collaboration with other team members
• Making concrete, data-driven recommendations for change, based on your findings
• Communicating with team members throughout the process
• Transforming complex tasks into easy-to-use designs for our customers around the world

• Proficiency in Adobe XD
• Perfectionist, but not too much, and easy to work in a team, and keep a friendly and enthusiastic, entrepreneurial state of mind
• Some experience creating hi-fi mockups, process flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes, and functional specifications
• Ability to manage your time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of a startup
• Excellent command of English
• Active interest in subjects related to Product Design & UI
