We are looking for a Consolidation & Accounting Specialist with a strong accounting background, experience in consolidation processes and skills in finance IT solutions. In this role you will be part of the monthly and annual consolidation process under IFRS, takeover some stand-alone entities’ reporting and be involved in our finance ERP/IT projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Being in charge of the Monthly Consolidation process (preparing monthly close and reporting instructions, preparing consolidated journal entries for monthly close, monitoring intercompany reconciliation and invoicing, maintaining integrity of global consolidated results.)
• Being in charge of the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS and liaising with auditors and tax advisers.
• Supervising one or several group entities in terms of monthly and annual closing and regarding tax & legal compliance matters.
• Ensuring efficient operation of daily processing and functions, advise on workflow improvements.
• Ad hoc financial analysis and requests

• Primary university degree in Accounting / Finance related discipline. Professional accountancy qualification desirable (qualified or part qualified).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting or group accounting, or audit background.
• Very good understanding of financial/accounting principles, including IFRS knowledge
• Strong reviewing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of Netsuite or other ERP/Consolidation systems.
• Ability to work with a limited direct supervision, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in supervision / management is an advantage,
• Fluency in English is mandatory, French would be an asset.
