Job Description

Be part of one Telecom CSR sector initiative management team and successfully support manage the sector initiative involving representatives of more than 15 Global 500 companies from the Telecom Sector

Main tasks

  • Support implement the CSR sustainable supply chain program (focused on on-site audits) on behalf of these Telecommunication companies
  • Lead and coordinate the client meetings and cross-department projects
  • Monitor the program’s progress, consolidate data and conduct analyses and prepare Customer reports upon request
  • Manage and maintain all sector initiative documents, presentations and databases (Platform, Customer website, Customer document share point)
  • Quality assurance on on-site audit reports and auditor qualifications
  • Provide support in platform functioning to users
  • Act as a first-level support for customers/suppliers questions on all EcoVadis operations
  • Be ready to contact customers to request information/clarifications
  • Liaise with other EcoVadis departments for achievement of objectives/goals
  • Present our company to Clients and ensure their understanding of our services

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business/ Communication/Sustainability is preferred but other educational background will also be considered
  • A background in Project Management or On-site audit will be an advantage
  • Experience in a customer-facing position or sales/marketing/communication
  • Fluency in English 
  • Additional Languages such as Spanish/ Portuguese /Japanese/Chinese will be an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (vlookup, Pivot Table, conditional formula) and Powerpoint
  • Customer-centric and Quality-focused work approach
  • Organized, efficient, patient, highly autonomous and proactive. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, and to adhere to strict guidelines/instructions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.
