Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
> IT tools administration responsibilities
Administrating Finance Business Unit tools (Netsuite, PBCS, Yooz, etc.) and the interfaces between them, as well as other finance tools and information systems (Paypal, Stripe,etc.)
Responding to requests and incidents related to administrated tools
Providing root cause analysis and resolutions to end user issues
Collaborating with team leaders to review service delivery metrics
> IT development responsibilities
Reviewing current systems; providing ideas for system improvements
Producing detailed specifications and writing program codes
Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
Preparing training manuals for users
Maintaining the systems
> Project Management responsibilities
Writing / co-writing and maintaining operational process documentation and guidelines
Assisting in the implementation of new processes, procedures, and tools while in parallel working to enhance existing tool sets
Developing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation, standard procedures, process flows, roadmaps, and schedules
Ensuring quality assurance of project deliverables
Identifying and managing project issues and risks throughout the life of the project, developing action and contingency plans
Communicating project status and managing expectations with project stakeholders on an on-going basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Skills in JavaScript and VBA (HTML and CSS will be a plus)
- Knowledge of Cloud base ERP e.g. Netsuite
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
- Being solution oriented
- Striving for continuous skills development
- Confidence and ability to work in an autonomous way
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in project management and professional background in finance/accounting would be a plus
