Job Description

As a Junior HR Generalist you will support the HR team in the day-to- day operation to provide accurate and efficient support in all the daily HR activities of the Polish office. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment process in dedicated area

  • Taking part  in the orientation of new employees to the organization

  • Supporting maintaining personal files, updating data in  HRIS (HR system)

  • Supporting planning and executing of internal and external training

  • Supporting benefits enrollment and administration process

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Looking at best practices and bring-up ideas to implement them at EcoVadis

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends (including payroll reporting)

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR field (including personal admin, recruitment, training)

  • Degree in Human Resources or Administration-related

  • Fluency in English and Polish (oral and written) is a must, additional language(s) will be an advantage

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable, autonomous and self-driven

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
