Your primary responsibility is to support the fast-growing Customer Engagement team in daily operations which include:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat etc to assist in the customer onboarding process and drive a high response rate
• Capturing and recording of internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively reporting & contributing as necessary with the Team Leader, Management, & other EcoVadis BU’s to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participation
• Understanding and communicating industry best practices and the evolution of EcoVadis product and platform functionality,methodology, and administrative services integral to the customer's success
• Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Second language fluency: French, German, Spanish or Dutch
• Computer literate  (MS office, Google Suite)
• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
• Self-driven, results oriented and team player.
• International exposure is a must
