We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and contribute to join a high performance EcoVadis Customer Marketing Team for a 1-year internship. We are seeking a curious, self-starter team player with fresh ideas and motivated to join a fast-growing international start-up company with a deep sense of our sustainability mission.

 Activities may touch a wide range of areas including (and depending on your skills):

Content related support:

• Updating presentations with the latest brand assets, messages and graphics

• Assist in researching and assembling content to drive customer adoption

• Banners/graphics for social adverts, video, etc. some German language support

• Create challenges in our Customer Advocacy platform (including topics, images, and follow-up)

• Manage Customer Advocacy Challenge calendar.  

• Review customer videos for key messaging and quote for marketing content

Support marketing operations

• Assist with the preparation of a marketing webinar calendar for Vadis Vantage advocacy program

• Manage and run customer webinars and assist in speaker preparation

• Support the preparation of some key quarterly meetings and events for Vadis Vantage

• Create challenges in Influitive with guidance - photo selection and more

• Building/maintaining the Marketing Customer Adoption and Advocacy Intranet sites.

Customer Analytics support

• Create dashboards and reports from Webinars.  Drive leads into CRM for marketing qualification

• Analyst “voice of customer” surveys results and prepare results and insights from analysis and by customer segments.

• Engaged in 3rd or 4th year towards University Degree preferably in Business and/or Marketing

• Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of French will be a definite advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Google Tools and MS Office Tools

• Skill or prior experience with webinar management tools (such as GoToWebinar)

• Skill or prior experience with survey and analytics tools (such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics)

• Additional skills that would be an advantage: Marketing Automation Tool desired (Pardot, Selligent, Marketo, etc,); multimedia/video editing.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

• Clear understanding that the team is more important than any one person
