The internal communication intern will provide support to the Internal Communication Lead and the Global HR department in the conception, creation, and execution of various materials for internal communication. Your challenge will be to work in an international context and interact with our worldwide team on a daily basis. Based on proactiveness and competences, projects ownership may be assigned to you.

Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):

• Assist the Direct Line Manager to design and produce creative materials,

• Propose and implement new ideas and concepts to add value to internal communication,

• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure on-brand communication,

• Support internal departments for all visual representations,

• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders on project requirements,

• Participate and assist in organization of initiatives supported by the Management,

• Coordinate queries with suppliers and other stakeholders,

• Contribute to promote and strengthen the company’s image both internally and externally,

• Create and maintain graphics for social media and websites.

Other information

You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class design team to acquire new skills in graphics design. Coaching will be provided in line with the company graphic charter and graphic design tools depending on candidate profile. Part-time availability can be considered.

• Fresh university graduate (including those waiting for their results) in Graphic Design or Communication Design. Diploma holders will also be considered,

• Strong verbal and visual communicator with practical skills in Adobe CC suite (in particular Adobe Photoshop and InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint),

• Advanced notion of photography, video creation, email and website design (e.g. WordPress) will be a definite advantage,

• Keen interest in social media and digital platforms,

• Fluent in English, both oral and written is compulsory. Additional language(s) will be an edge,

• Outgoing personality and ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with all employees,

• Reliable and autonomous with team spirit attitude,
