Job Description

As an Agile Coach you will work with both stakeholders and teams in product, engineering and design groups, by advising on best practices in various disciplines (e.g., understanding the customer needs, incremental and early delivery, team effectiveness and close cooperation, delivering business and stakeholder value, short feedback loops etc.) and remove barriers to success.

You will work with the teams to find ever better approaches to continuous delivery for the outstanding products and code.

 

You will take on a position of agile lead for our product development.

This key role covers:

  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams to discover and implement improved ways of collaboration and developing a high-performing, self-organizing IT Department

  • Supporting teams in refinement, planning, daily meetings, review & retrospective

  • Establishing and sharing Agile best practices, ensuring we continuously improve our development and delivery process

  • Establish and promote radical transparency with relevant organisational metrics and team progress visualisation tools

  • Proactively work with teams to discover and remove areas of waste and identify project risks. Perform ongoing organisational assessment.

  • Introduce and recommend effective tools to advance Agile practices in the organization

 

All of which will be in close collaboration with the organisation stakeholders, a team of software engineers & Product Owners.

Qualifications

You will have a passion for communication, group dynamics and coaching. You proactively raise and resolve issues to drive change. You have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and improving existing practices.

You will also have:

  • Min. 2 years working experience as an Agile Coach

  • Strong commitment and passion for Agile practices (e.g. Scrum, Agile PM)

  • Experience of working on products / projects with multiple teams

  • Experience in coaching and training teams in Agile concepts and practices

  • Knowledge of technical engineering best practices (e.g., Test Driven Development, Continuous delivery, DevOps, etc.)

  • Strong collaborative problem solver

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

  • Previous, min 5 years of experience in a technical role (e.g. software engineer)
