• As part of the finance team, you will be in charge of the administration of all current finance applications: Netsuite (Finance ERP), PBCS (Budgeting tool), Yooz (OCR tool), Expensify (Expense management software).

• The job also requires the creation and/or maintenance of various tools on Excel (Macro) or Google Drive, and interfaces between our external tools such as payment platforms (Stripe and Paypal) but also EcoVadis and CyberVadis internal applications and SalesForce (CRM).

• You will be the key contact for all Finance IT subjects for the finance team (reporting & accounting) and for the other departments of the company.

• You will be a technical referent for the invoice & subscription module of EcoVadis’ internal application.

• You will be in charge of the development and implementation of new projects.

• You will also be involved in the production of the monthly reporting to assist the reporting team (revenue recognition, activity ratio, etc.).

• Previous experience in project management

• Skills in JavaScript and VBA (HTML and CSS are a plus)

• Background in finance/accounting considered as a great advantage

• Knowledge of Netsuite - considered an advantage

• Master degree

• Fluent English

• Solution oriented

• Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to easily interact with stakeholders

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Autonomy
