Job Description
Contributing and participating to the Management Review
Participating in the elaboration of the monthly quality indicators
Communicating and sharing news about Quality Team activities in the company intranet
Assisting teams during the problem solving process by bringing them methodology (8D, 5 Whys for example)
Preparing and participating to the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification audits,
- Reviewing and updating documentation of QMS
Reviewing existing process with the process managers and developing additional ones
Performing internal audits
Defining corrective and preventive actions with the audited teams
Monitoring the progress of the corrective actions resulting from the audits,
Following up the company strategic projects to ensure their compliance with the process and be an active member of the project team(s)
Training newcomers in Quality Management System and raising awareness on quality matters
Qualifications
Degree in quality management, economics, engineering
Experience in internal audits
Experience in Quality area
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to easily interact with stakeholders
Good analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and to analyse data from different sources
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (oral and written)
