Job Description

  • Contributing and participating to the Management Review

  • Participating in the elaboration of the monthly quality indicators

  • Communicating and sharing news about Quality Team activities in the company intranet

  • Assisting teams during the problem solving process by bringing them methodology (8D, 5 Whys for example)

  • Preparing and participating to the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification audits,

  • Reviewing and updating documentation of QMS
  • Reviewing existing process with the process managers and developing additional ones

  • Performing internal audits

  • Defining corrective and preventive actions with the audited teams

  • Monitoring the progress of the corrective actions resulting from the audits,

  • Following up the company strategic projects to ensure their compliance with the process and be an active member of the project team(s)

  • Training  newcomers in Quality Management System  and raising awareness on quality matters

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in quality management, economics, engineering

  • Experience in internal audits

  • Experience in Quality area

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to easily interact with stakeholders

  • Good analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and to analyse data from different sources

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent English (oral and written)
