Job Description

The Junior Account Manager (Mid Market) duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Onboarding and developing a long-term and trustworthy relationships with a portfolio of 20-35 mid-market accounts.

  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for EcoVadis suite of products and solutions.

  • Drive effective implementation strategies of the EcoVadis solution within a portfolio of key accounts;

  • Closely monitor customers’ implementation success, grow EcoVadis sales within the accounts and ensure successful renewal of contracts;

  • Act as a key facilitator between Customer and EcoVadis delivery teams;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing feedback to product management team on solution development needs.

  • Be an integral contributor to EcoVadis success.

Qualifications

  • Successful Customer Management experience with large accounts acquired in fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Procurement experience preferred (either consulting or software)
  • Experience within  a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company preferred
  • 2 - 3  years of experience in sales, account management or consulting roles (Preferably B2B);
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven and team player.
  • International exposure.
