Job Description

You will become member of the Customer Success Management (CSM) Team and you will take up two key responsibilities:

The role will focus on (without being limited to) the following tasks:

  • CSM operations support

    • Collaborate with 2 Key Account Managers to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to their portfolio of Customers  

    • Full ownership of processing supplier lists for assessment and other operational tasks related to supplier data

    • Data analysis and presentation preparation

    • Front-facing on key strategic accounts managing operational elements (i.e. attending weekly calls )

    • Liaise with other EcoVadis departments to ensure Customers’ requests (internal and external) are fulfilled within set deadlines

     
  • Team Management

    • Manage a team of Key Account Specialist based in Warsaw (2-3)

    • Lead by example and take an active role in coaching, training and ensuring the vision of the local and global CSM strategy is clearly communicated and understood

    • Conduct semesterial reviews of employees' performance and ensure that the communication of expectations, results and reporting on performance metrics is clear

    • When needed participate in the local recruiting process

  • Other

    • Lead and/or support a variety of Customer-focused projects

    • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of people management experience
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Previous experience and/or proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into specifications, product requirements or user stories
  • Previous International exposure is a must
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • Using troubleshooting and analytical skills; beign resourceful, structured and organized
  • Being self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems; drawing satisfaction from going above and beyond to provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Being computer savvy (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
