You will lead our efforts to automate all of our Engineering operations as we grow our development teams over the next several years.

This will include:

• Establishing DevOps best practices that can be adopted by all development teams

• Mentoring other engineers in these DevOps practices

• Automating the provisioning, deployment and monitoring of all our platform and associated services

• Speeding up the CI/CD pipeline

All of which will be in collaboration with the rest of the Engineering team.

You will have a passion for technology and for getting things done well, including a track record of problem solving and implementing security best practices.

You will also have:

• A University degree in computer science or related field

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, operating high availability environments

• Good scripting skills, actual development experience is a bonus

• Experience building & supporting high-traffic web applications with strong security requirements

• Experience with cloud services (especially Azure)

• Fluency in English
