Job Description

  • Provide support to international and domestic clients and customers participating in EcoVadis international sustainable development evaluation campaigns.
  • Ensure participation and engagement by assisting customers throughout the entire evaluation process via phone and via web-based tools.

  • Advise customers and clients as a product expert and provide timely and accurate assistance.  Provide technical support and ensure adequate information is available.

  • Collaborate with EcoVadis internal departments to manage and solve queries efficiently and effectively. Research and implement solutions for constant improvements within the EcoVadis support structure.

  • Assist with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization. Liaise with international colleagues regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in business, management, international relations or related discipline are preferred. Applicants with other backgrounds who demonstrates interest in CSR will be considered.

  • Native or Near-Native KOREAN AND/OR other Asian Languages speaking. Fluency in English is a must.  Proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage.

  • 2 years customer support experience preferably with international exposure (dealing with international clients over the phone).  Fresh graduates with excellent potential will also be considered. (IANG is welcomed)

  • Happy to provide first level support to customers.

  • Must be dynamic, energetic and a problem solver.

  • Good communication skills (oral and written).

  • Customer and quality oriented attitude. Business mindset will be appreciated.

  • Interest or passion for CSR or Sustainability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrate high proficiency in excel and powerpoint.

  • Ability to work well in an international multi-cultural environment
