Job Description

 

  • collaborate with engineers and product owners to write test cases for each feature

  • perform manual tests and ensure that the completed features satisfy all the acceptance criteria

  • support the user acceptance tests performed by external customer

  • support the test automation team in automated tests execution

  • help to define a testing methodology and process

  • report bugs to developers and ensure the quality of regression

  • work alongside developers to set-up and maintain test data when needed

  • maintain clear test cases and other relevant documentation

  • report regularly to stakeholders and provide good QA analysis and risk assessment

  • work with the team to continuously improve the QA process

 

Qualifications

 

  • degree or Master in Engineering in computer science field or other relevant degree

  • 2 -5 years working experience in software testing

  • excellent knowledge of testing process and tools

  • excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment

  • strong organizational and problem solving skills

  • autonomous, rigorous, proactive and pragmatic; sense of customer service

  • fluency in English and French required

  • experience in measuring and tracking the performance of web applications and understanding the factors that may impact these metrics

  • experience in testing in .net environment

  • experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server

  • experience in Agile methodologies
