•         Editing and writing agreements (i.e. non-disclosure agreements) in accordance with the applicable law and internal regulations of the company;

•         Legal support to Poland and global company departments, including sales and HR departments – under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel; 

•         Creating, maintaining and updating registers kept by the company;

•         Being up-to-date with and informing about changes to the law;

•         Conducting a legal check – searching through available sources to find the answers to specific legal solutions;

•         Legal and administrative support to Senior Legal Counsel.

•         Student of the 4th or 5th year of law studies, preferably a graduate;

•         Knowledge of law of obligations, labor law, regulations concerning intellectual property as well as trademarks, GDPR;

•         Fluency in English and legal language is a must;

•         Knowledge of French will be an additional benefit;

•         Previous experience in working as a lawyer in a company or a law firm will be an advantage;

•         The ideal candidate should be accurate, meticulous, with attention to details and analytical mind;
