We are currently seeking for a motivated Team Lead to join our growing web applications teams. The team lead is responsible for the good functioning and performance of the team, from both an individual and collective views. The role will manage, develop and expand the team to meet challenging business goals and time frames.

The team lead is also responsible for the quality of what the team delivers, and must therefore implement the good practices as necessary, for various aspects of the job. You’ll collaborate with a Tech Lead to ensure that development processes are optimal and are in line with your and the team’s expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Work with Product Owners to understand desired application capabilities.

  • Actively participate in the software development process (including sprint planning)

  • Provide monitoring data (KPI) with respect to the team's assignment.

  • Maintain an on-going overview of resource allocations and technology skillsets, and proactively ensure that team is prepared with needed competences when requested for.

  • Providing guidance around the craftsmanship, availability and scalability of our software product and helping managing risks throughout the development process

  • Directly manage, motivate and work on professional development of the team.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft .NET Platform (4.x & beyond). with C#

• 7+ years working experience as a software engineer (.NET)

• 2+ years experience as a Team Lead/Mentor for engineering teams

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Bachelor degree, Master or Engineering in computer science field or other relevant degree.

• Excellent communication skills (mentoring and coaching skills would be a plus).

• Self-driven and team player.

• Fluency in English required.

• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company.
