Job Description

As Internal Communication Lead you will become a part of the Global HR Department and your main responsibility will be to ensure that Employees are kept informed about company's objectives, main projects and achievements. You will be creating internal Employer Branding content and communicating it - on strategic and operational level - through several channels, including intranet, emails, social media and newsletters.


You will:

  • Establish internal communications strategy with the Global HR Director and Top Management

  • Ensure company initiatives and projects are communicated to Employees efficiently

  • Plan, create, develop, edit, publish and manage internal communication content and layout for intranet, including regular updates, articles, emails, event videos, reports and others

  • Proofread content for accuracy and ensure compliance with copyright and privacy regulations
  • Create storyboards and translate ideas into creative content

  • Ensure the content consistency across communication tools
  • Make sure that the internal and external communication is consistent
  • Deliver presentations and draft messages for Top Management

  • Handle crisis communication inside the Company

  • Organize internal policies access (library, rules, communication) with the HR Operations Manager

  • Manage an internal communication intern, external agencies or suppliers when needed

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Communication (or Public Relations / Marketing)

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Previous international exposure in a dynamic environment is a must, ideally in a fast growing or tech company

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English

  • Excellent writing and editorial skills

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills (you will be able to share best practices with EcoVadis Employees)

  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellence in working across teams and with Top Management

  • Superb creative and digital skills (especially graphic and video)

  • Proven experience in digital channels management (including social media monitoring and analysis tools)

  • Ability to manage time effectively; flexibility to adapt to demands and meet deadlines
