EcoVadis is currently seeking a talented and end user-focused Application Support Level 1 to help guide and unblock a multicultural team of analysts and external users of EcoVadis platforms.

Mission

The CSR Intern will be part of the CSR Team which is responsible to implement the CSR strategy of the company. He/She will be reporting to CSR Coordinator and the Production Manager.

Core Responsibilities

Implement validated/Approved CSR Projects.

· Perform the admin tasks of project (contacting suppliers, liaising with between different departments, etc).

· Follow up on projects which have been launched (in all offices).

Maintaining CSR records/databases.

· Filing and updating with measures, KPIs, links and pictures.

Communicate CSR issues on a periodic basis.

· Preparing communication templates for EVG.

· Preparation of CSR newsletter and other communication items.

Preparation of CSR newsletter and other communication items.

Drafting Procedures/Company rules (e.g Environment Procedures) which help in Building Management documentation.

Attend weekly meeting on progress made.

Accept any other responsibilities related to the function as required (e.g Admin/HR tasks).

·  Degree holder ideally in Sustainable Development or Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, Research Analysis, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or Social and Environmental Audit Background.

·  0 – 1 year working experience. (international exposure would be an advantage and not a requisite).

·  High proficiency in MS office and G Suite (Google doc, sheet and slide) will be a definte advantage.

·  Ability to prioritize tasks/projects & good research skills with detailed oriented.

·  Both interpersonal and analytical skills.

·  Autonomy, initiative, ability to work in a start-up environment.

·  Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (Both English and French).

·  Positive and proactive attitude.

·   Aptitude to evolve in an international environment.
