Job Description

Currently developing a new international cybersecurity solution, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert North America. This position, offered by a fast-growing international company, is highly strategic and offers much potential for development. The candidate must be highly motivated, positive and self-starter.

Working directly with the founding team of a 10-year SaaS fast-growing company, your mission will cover the following:

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for CyberVadis

  • Scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives

  • Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Risk Management and Data Privacy) in Target Accounts

  • Evangelizing the importance of cybersecurity and data protection for the supply chain of Global 500 companies

  • Leveraging your teammates (Marketing and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging in order to drive opportunities in regional areas

  • Maintaining a call volume of 25+ calls per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth

  • Meeting or exceeding your quota

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition

  • Recording and documenting all calls and communications in Salesforce.com in order to identify trends for improvement

  • Monitoring social networks for sales opportunities and leads

  • Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative


Qualifications

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales and marketing. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to easily connect with others. Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • 4-year college degree

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing

  • Cold-calling experience

  • Experience working in cybersecurity, IT or B2B Procurement would be a plus

  • Knowledge of IT Security frameworks such as NIST or ISO27000 and regulations such as GDPR, NYDFS, HIPPA, SOX are a plus

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn

  • Energetic phone skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting

  • Open minded and flexible

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
