Job Description

You will have two key responsibilities in a role to support the  Client Success Manager (CSM) team.

This role primarily will focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to):

  • CSM operations support:

    • Collaborate with 2-3 CSMs to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to their portfolio of clients  

    • Full ownership of processing supplier lists for assessment and other operational tasks related to supplier data

    • Data analysis and presentation preparation

    • Front-facing on key strategic accounts managing operational elements (i.e. attending weekly calls )

    • Liaise with other EcoVadis departments to ensure clients’ requests (internal and external) are fulfilled within set deadlines


  • IT Project Support :

    • Work closely with the CSM IT Referent to ensure the IT developments are prioritized, coordinated and communicated “easily understandable” to both internal/external stakeholders;

    • Ownership for operational management of technical developments for the CSM team (based on customer-focused functions from internal/external feedback), i.e. follow-up on ongoing developments, monitoring of open bugs, functional testing/feedback when needed;

    • Proficient and able to quickly understand complex business logic, processes and customer portals (interface);

    • Familiar with project tracking and collaboration tools (MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), Trello, Google Suite, PPT, etc…)

    • Provide feedback to product development team in the design of new effective and efficient solutions to meet the business needs (i.e. use cases, user stories and other technical requirements);

    • Review and provide input to product teams (management/marketing) on release notes for functionalities related to CSM business stakeholders;

    • Track project milestones, deliverables and ensure clear communication to external stakeholders.


  • Other:

    • Lead and/or support a variety of client-focused projects

    • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

    • Strong customer orientation

    • Ideally previous experience and/or proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into specifications, product requirements, or user stories

    • Resourceful; using troubleshooting and analytical skills; structured and organized

    • Self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems; sense of urgency and draw satisfaction from going above and beyond to provide solutions

    • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)

    • Fluency in English is a must. Another language a definite plus.

    • Bachelor's Degree required

    • Computer proficient (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…).

    • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.

    • Self-driven, results oriented and team player.

    • International exposure is a must.
