Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing recruitment for several offices within our global HR team. Most of your activity will be for our Warsaw office and you will also recruit for Paris, Toronto, New York and some other locations. Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):

  • Handling in a very efficient way end to end recruitment lifecycle (an important part of the activity will be IT positions) with the hiring managers

  • Sourcing high quality candidates with direct approach and digital tools, through innovative advertising, social media and other sources

  • If needed, collaborate with recruitment agencies

  • Develop the company’s visibility on the markets

  • Select the best methods of attracting candidates & reducing the time to hire

  • Providing candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews

  • Liaise on a daily basis with our HR Business Partners and with the hiring manager and provide regular follow-up

  • Advise them on the market conditions

  • Ensure a great candidate experience

  • Updating job boards, post vacancies online via our applicant tracking system

  • Handling recruitment administration including the ATS, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking, with the help of an HR assistant

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in professional recruiting in a recruitment agency or as internal Talent Acquisition specialist, with a strong experience in IT positions

  • Strong skills in direct approach and digital sourcing tools, including an advanced proficiency in LinkedIn tools

  • Demonstrated knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, networking, compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.

  • Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English

  • Very good organisational skills

  • Proactivity

  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, dealing with a high number of open position and emergencies

  • Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, and fast-paced environments

  • A strong collaborator with ability to build relationship across teams and cultures

  • International exposure

  • Ability to work in a start-up environment

  • Great team player and positive approach

Full time position - fixed time contract for 6 months

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Rondo ONZ, Spektrum Tower, 26th floor with amazing view
