In the Human Resources Department of EcoVadis, an international CSR company with a strong growth, you will participate or be in charge of several HR projects andyou will contribute to the evolution of global HR processes with HR team members, based in 9 countries across the world:

• Reviewing existing HR processes, analyzing our business needs, providing relevant benchmark of good practices and appropriate recommendations for improvement, participating to implementation and communication (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, travel and expenses policy...)

• Actively contributing to global HR projects, as Employer Brand and Talent Development

• Participating to other HR activities as recruitment, reporting, training

This list is not exhaustive and can evolve according to the priorities of the HR department.

• Bac + 5 in progress in HR Management or with a specialization in HR

• At least a first successful experience (internship or apprenticeship) in the human resources at international level

• English: bilingual or native speaker (other languages will be a plus)

• Skills and successful experiences in project management

• Dynamism, excellent relationship and writing skills

• Rigor, method, autonomy, flexibility and sense of urgency

• Excellent team spirit and ability to evolve in a fast growing international environment

• Very good knowledge of the Office Pack

AOI : 6 months internship, gratification level depending on the profile, 50% allowance for public transportation, restaurant coupon
