Essential Job Functions
1. Creation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentation
2. Establish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipments
3. Expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc.
4. Reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and execution
5. Gap analysis comprehension, detection and execution
6. Lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into production
Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)
· BS/BA in related discipline.
· 5 - 8 years of experience in the position
· Experienced in SAP, Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office
· Bilingual English – Spanish (proeficent)
· Data driven, high analytical skills. Demonstrated
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced hands-on
· Goal oriented mindset
· Self-motivated and self-directed individual requiring minimum supervision
· Positive attitude. Can-do mindset
· High sense of urgency
