  • Locations: Lilydale, Yarra Junction, Healesville, Ringwood & Boronia – on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
  • $32.96 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Join our Site & Service Supports team at Each, where you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients, families, and visitors. Working across our Yarra Ranges and outer eastern locations, you’ll help ensure our services run smoothly—supporting access to care and connection within the community.

Your role, your impact
As a Customer Service Officer – Reception, you are often the first point of contact for people reaching out to Each. Your calm, organised and welcoming approach will help people feel safe, respected, and supported from the moment they engage with us.

  • Provide warm, professional reception services – greet clients and visitors and respond to enquiries with care and respect
  • Manage appointments and schedules – ensure bookings are accurate and run smoothly
  • Maintain accurate client records – enter and update information with strong attention to detail
  • Support administrative functions – assist with meeting coordination, correspondence and general office tasks
  • Promote privacy and confidentiality – handle sensitive information in line with policies and procedures
  • Create a positive environment – contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming workspace
  • Work collaboratively across sites – support different teams and locations as needed
  • Contribute to team culture – participate in meetings, training and continuous improvement activities

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong customer service skills – ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Calm and organised approach – able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail – particularly in data entry and administration tasks
  • Confidence with technology – ability to learn and use different systems and databases
  • Team mindset – collaborate positively and contribute to a supportive workplace
  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Experience in a reception or customer service role, particularly in a busy environment
  • Exposure to the community, health or social services sector
  • Confidence supporting multiple sites or teams
