We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant consolidation to join our finance team in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial statements for our organization.

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Manage the month-end and year-end consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
• Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues related to consolidation
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the consolidation process
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial consolidation
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations affecting consolidation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on consolidation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS, particularly related to consolidation
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing intercompany transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements in India is a plus
