What you'll be doing

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Building strong relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle solution.
• Managing your sales pipeline using Dutton's industry-leading systems and processes.
• Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle models, technology and market trends across a diverse range of prestige and mainstream brands.

About you

• Previous experience in automotive sales or wholesale is essential.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed.
• A current Victorian Driver Licence.
