SOFTWARE QUALITY LEAD- CONSUMER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY 

2+ to 5 years experience

As a Quality Engineering Lead, your role is to lead a team of Quality Engineers inspired to help deliver a great user experience. In the process you will be responsible for stepping up the technical competency of the team: coaching for skill improvement and exciting them about the opportunity to evolve toward more agile automated testing strategies. You will be expected to collaborate with other engineering teams to help improve our automation framework.

Experience Required: 

What we’re looking for

3+ year’s leading a development or software quality engineering team

2+ year’s Java programming experience

2+ years’ experience with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Calabash, Gradle, GIT, Stash, Jenkins, Asgard, and/ or GatlingBachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2-years relevant work experience

General familiarity and/ or experience with Netflix OSS, NoSQL, microservices, Splunk, production monitoring systems, Jetty, Sonar, Docker, and JBoss

Public cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)

Excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication

Understanding of computer science data structure and algorithms

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Do you at least 2+ years working with Jenkins, Jira, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Calabash, Gradle? 

Do you have public cloud infrastructure experience? 

Do you have 3+ year’s leading a development or software quality engineering team?
