Certified Medical technologist with Blood bank experienced. 2 to 3 years experience in Blood Blank. Must have knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and trouble shooting of instrumentation. Knowledge of Medical terminology to communicate with staff regarding laboratory procedures and results. Skills in anticipating and reacting calmly in an emergency situation. Skills in quality assurance. Ability to read and understand information and instrumentation in the laboratory field.
