SR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

The Senior Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients using the principles and practices of physical therapy in accordance with the patient’s age, clinical condition, and mental status in our out-patient clinic. Has advanced clinical development and supports management duties. Provides technical guidance and expertise to physical therapists and physical therapist assistant

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

2.Current Illinois License in Physical Therapy.

3.Two years of applicable clinical experience.

Able to demonstrate through clinical competencies the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and diagnosis of the patients served

2+ to 5 years experience
