 Manager - Central Sterile Materials Management 

 Monitor all activities within the central sterile and materials management departments in our Lower Manhattan Campus. In this role, you’ll optimize processes, foster collaboration and lead strategic planning across eighty operating rooms. Experience the cutting edge information systems that is utilized which includes Lawson, OR Manager and Abacus tracking systems. Bring your passion for excellence to every aspect of operations. You’ll be there as the voice of what’s effective and emerging in the business of central sterile processing and materials management.

 Key Criteria 

 Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Business or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Five to seven years Operating Room or Periop experience required. Demonstrated skills in material management and information systems required. Registered Nurse License preferred. Three to five year’s progressive management experience preferred. Ideal candidates demonstrate proven success in leadership, team-building and inspiring employees to perform at the highest level. Crucial skills include problem-solving, conflict resolution, emergency decision-making and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
