Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Develops and maintains project design control documentation. Follows established procedures in MasterControl system.

Reviews product design and installation for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Identifies and resolves problems related to current manufacturing processes.

Develops and researches new processes and products to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Selects materials and components that are most effective and cost efficient to keep the company at a competitive edge.

Skills/Experience/Education requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Engineering experience in a manufacturing facility. 

Bachelor's in Engineering 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Engineering Project Manager. Understands equipment (identify, install, and modify). Great technical know-how.
