Job Description

 Take your clinical leadership skills to the next level. Lead an engaged team to deliver exceptional care on our 34-bed Med/Surg unit.  

 Qualifications  

 The job description is available for review but here is what we are looking for: 

BSN is required for this position. Our ideal candidate will be certified as a Medical/Surgical RN or interested in obtaining certification upon hire while actively participating in a professional organization. 

A successful candidate will have 5 years of RN experience with 3 years of progressive leadership experience to include 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager. 

You need to have an unencumbered RN license in the state of Maryland at the time of hire and an American Heart Association BLS card.
